Every batch starts fresh. Mixed, rolled and shaped in-house.
2. Blast Chilled
As soon as it’s ready, it goes into our blast chiller. The core temperature reaches –18°C in about 1 hour.
This locks texture, protects structure and preserves flavour.
We freeze quality at its peak.
3. Weigh & Portion
Each portion is carefully weighed.
