Sauces are our little secret, but we can tell you they’re prepared with super fresh ingredients on a daily basis. Tomato sauce, Butter & sage and Parmigiano sauce are the more delicates. Pesto, Ragù and Guanciale & cherry tomatoes have a richer, exquisite flavour.
HANDMADE
Long or short, small or filled, you can choose between a wide variety of pasta formats, strictly handmade.
Gnocchi and Cavatelli are vegan.
Ravioli, Tagliatelle, Passatelli are vegetarian. Tortellini are filled with meat.
